This story of Pradeep's confused aunt was created by Putti, a member of our creative community. It’s the first in a series of short stories highlighting the various struggles of conversations with relatives. Aunty tullu kannada sex story is about Pradeep’s aunt who insists on speaking only Kannada at home despite him being fluent in English. Aunty tullu kannada sex story is about the struggle that comes with maintaining cultural identity while still trying to reach out to your outside world, which might be more accepting than you think. This story is featured in the December/January issue of The Better India. Now...let's begin! Pradeep’s eyes began to water as the hot coffee stung the tip of his nose. He looked up at his aunt, who was still ranting away in her native tongue. This was always a pinch-me moment for Pradeep—his aunt’s eyes were bright with untamed passion, untutored intellect burning away all her senses as she let out her thoughts to Pradeep in Kannada, the language she refused to speak anything else. The words turned Pradeep’s gaze from the coffee cup to his aunt’s face. He had been trying to learn the language from her since he was a kid, but she always insisted on speaking it at home. As a result, Pradeep was good at picking up only swear words and sentences he didn’t want to understand. How did she do it? He could never remember the day when he stopped trying to understand Kannada and settled for English. He did know, however, that his seeming understanding of Kannada gave him a sense of belonging that he couldn’t get in any other way. “...and you really don’t have a choice in this, Pradeep. You can be a part of this family or not, but you have to understand our language. It is a part of our identity, and I won't let anybody take that away from me!” Pradeep was listening to his aunt even though he didn’t understand one word of what she had just said. This was one of the more important discussions they had on the language issue ever since Pradeep's younger brother had joined the family business and started learning both English and Kannada at work. He couldn’t help feeling a little uncomfortable. If she was going to make him understand Kannada, he would have to approach the conversation from a different angle. As a kid, Pradeep had been far more interested in his aunt’s more gentile side that would have him teasing her and even singing Kannada songs for her. He was aware of his aunt's feelings just as he had been aware of her speech impediment, but somehow their differences never compromised on an amicable relationship. The more Pradeep learned about English, the less interested he got in Kannada. cfa1e77820
